What people are saying…

  • Julie helped me clarify what I was struggling with, even when I couldn’t quite put it into words. Her thoughtful reflections and questions always pushed me to go one level deeper, and that’s when everything started to click.

  • "Working with Julie is like having a warm, wise friend in your corner who truly sees you. She creates a space that’s both inviting and empowering—where taking bold steps doesn’t feel so scary. With her gentle guidance, you stop overthinking and start doing. Julie has a way of reminding you that failure isn’t the enemy—not starting is. Her encouragement is grounded, real, and somehow exactly what you need, exactly when you need it. If you're ready to leap but need a steady hand to walk you to the edge, Julie is the coach you want by your side.”

  • I needed to step into a leadership role that was completely new to me. I needed someone who could guide me in making the transition from working behind the scenes to stepping confidently into the role as President of OTTA.

Julie helped me find the clarity, confidence, and presence I needed to represent this platform to both the production accounting community and industry executives.  Her approach, industry insight, and communication style were a perfect fit.

Julie challenged me to face my fears and recognize the old habits that were holding me back. She encouraged me to embrace who I am and what I’ve accomplished.  Julie helped me reshape how I see myself as a leader.

As a result of our months of working together, I feel more grounded and capable in this role.

If you’re at a pivotal point in your work or leadership journey, I can’t recommend her highly enough."

Kathy Riley, President and CEO, OTTA

  • Working with Julie has been one of the most valuable professional experiences I’ve had. Her ability to listen deeply, ask insightful questions, and provide clear, actionable guidance has helped me grow as a leader. Throughout our sessions, she helped me clarify my goals, strengthen my communication style, and build the confidence to navigate complex situations with greater ease.I appreciate her balanced approach—supportive yet direct, encouraging yet honest. She consistently helped me identify patterns, articulate my strengths, and recognize where I could make meaningful adjustments. Her guidance enabled me to approach challenging conversations with more composure, make decisions with greater clarity, and show up with a stronger leadership presence. Beyond skills and strategy, she helped me understand myself better: what motivates me, what gets in my way, and how to align my actions with the impact I want to have. I’m grateful for her partnership and highly recommend her to anyone looking to elevate their leadership and grow both professionally and personally.

  • If you had to sum up Julie, she's like my work therapist. You can vent to her about anything, she's seen it all, and she's easy to talk to. She's open to differing thoughts and ideas - even the little frustrations (and sometimes the cognitive dissonance) about work you put in your head. She'll keep you on task, give you homework and set goals. More importantly these goals aren't just procedural work-related goals, they're behavioral and value-based - what aligns you with your work and what are the small little things that will get you back on track to being a better manager.

Because essentially this coaching isn't just about managing, it's about being a better leader. In my time with her, we went over the viewpoints of my colleagues, the workers I lead, and my bosses. Going through those details, we picked apart what things I lacked, my strengths and how to improve. I found myself getting better at planning, preparing, speaking, keeping composure, and most importantly building up my confidence/sanity.

We went over small behavioral changes - how do I calm myself down, how do I come across when speaking, knowing my audience, and doing short internal check ups/meditations. Work is tough. And Julie was a big bright spot in keeping me grounded with the workload.I thought coaching would be just having a hype man, but it wasn't just that. She didn't just hype me up, she gave me sincere thoughtful discussions on how she saw me, and how I could improve. Julie helped me get back my sanity. I feel more confident about my work, and I have more tools to tackle them.
